Honoured as the cover story by the industry-leading Foodservice and Hospitality Magazine (March 2020) and applauded multiple times by the esteemed Canadian Franchise Association, Stelios has undoubtedly left an indelible footprint in the hospitality sector. His business acumen is reflected in his successful stint as the former COO of a restaurant chain with 100 locations
Yet, it’s the great outdoors that truly ignites Stelios’s spirit! When not working, you can find him revelling in the thrill of snowmobiling or navigating terrain on his favourite ATV and Side-by-Side. Unwinding for him means setting up campfires, immersing in the tranquillity of camping, or indulging in the exhilarating sport of trap shooting.
